This is a good topic and you have lots of good information here. The only thing that you need to keep in mind is that you need to indicate where the information comes from. If the information is a direct quotation, put it in quotation marks. You don't need quotation marks if you are re-stating what the source said in your own words, but in either case, you need to indicate where the information came from.
